ATMs are located on the main concourse adjacent to the passenger elevators and at secion 125. 

 

The re-sale of event tickets is not allowed on Maverik Center property. West Valley City scalping ordinances apply on Maverik Center property. Tickets not purchased from Maverik Center authorized locations (Maverik Center box office, tickemaster.com) are not guaranteed to be authentic and will not be covered by the Maverik Center. 

 

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Maverik Center. At most events, a designated smoking section is available outside the Grand Lobby entrance. For some events, no designated smoking section is available.

 

Service animals are permitted inside the facility and must remain on a leash or harness at all times. 

 

There is a "No Re-entry" policy in effect at Maverik Center. Exceptions may be made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Guests with medical emergencies should contact a staff member or supervisor for further assistance.

• Umbrellas: golf, non-foldable (small collapsible umbrellas permitted if placed under seat)

• Outside food or beverage, alcohol

• Cans, plastic, metal or glass containers; sealed bottles not permitted

• Coolers, ice chests

• Laser pointers, glow sticks

• Fireworks, flares

• Flammable liquids, aerosol cans, spray paint, permanent markers

• Masks, chains or studded belts/bracelets

• Clothing or garments displaying derogatory/explicit language or profanity that could be considered offensive to others; Up to management discretion

• Signs, flags or banners exceeding 11"x17' or attached to pole/stick. Signs must be event relevant, cannot display obscene or offensive language/pictures. Signs advertising business not permitted. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove any sign/banner/flag at any time.

• Solicitation of any kind; unapproved sampling; pamphlet distribution

 

All found items are turned into the Security office. For all inquiries, please call 988-8800 and ask for the lost and found department.

 

No one will be allowed entry to the Maverik Center without the appropriate event ticket or event credential. Many Maverik Center events allow free admission to children two years of age and younger when accompanied by an adult. However, the child MAY NOT occupy a seat. Please contact the Maverik Center for information regarding this policy for individual events. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the facility. 

 

Restriction on the use of still cameras vary by event. Please call in advance to get additional camera-policy information prior to a specific show. Video and recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited. 

 

Alcoholic beverages are sold at most Maverik Center events. In order to purchase alcohol inside the facility, each person 21-years and older must obtain a wristband. Wristband stations are located throughout the facility and you must present a valid ID (not expired). A 2-beer maximum per transaction will be in effect at each concession stand. An individual under the legal drinking age, and in possession of alcohol, will be given a citation and ejected from the building. An individual purchasing alcohol for a minor will be subject to the same guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to anyone.

 

For most events, assisted listening devices are available with a valid ID at the guest services desk located at secion 122. Assisted listening devices may not be available for every show. Call Maverik Center in advance to make arrangements.
